I have a problem when I start ZM service
it comes with this error

Starter ZoneMinder: /usr/local/bin/zmfix: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libavcodec.so.52: undefined symbol: av_free


is there some who know what it means

libavcodec.so.52 is used by ffmpeg,
which is used to stream live feeds or create video clips from recordings

try re-installing ffmpeg, adding codecs, or disabling streaming

It was installed 2 times
I uninstalled one of them
and it works
