I'm sorry for the really dumb question, but I was wondering if somebody to explain to me how to configure ZoneMinder 1.24.1 to eMail all motion tracking events?

Hi,

You have to create a filter and check the option 'email'. Before this you have to install sendmail and configure your email settings in Options-Email.
