Wireless internet conflict with 2.4ghz wireless cameras

I'm using 4 2.4ghz wireless cameras. The problem is when the cameras are working the wireless Internet not. My wireless router is a linksyst wrt54g v2 with tomato firmware. Any suggestion?

switch to a A frequency router 5.8ghz new cameras , or get ipcams

another thing that MIGHT work is to move fequency of the b/g router to 1 or 6

You might want to consider a second router to handle the cameras. This would unburden the main ( internet ) router. Just set cameras and second router to any freq not used by the main router and it will end the conflict. Cameras tend to be bandwidth hogs

I don't know what is the real problem. But I think something wrong with your wireless device so you can't connect. Try to check your router and maybe you need to reset it just like my friend did.
