Anyone know what causes the break in video monitoring?



I've install the .deb for Ubutntu 9.1, ZM version 1.24.1-1ubuntu2.

I'm using a 4 channel 25 FPS Capture Card with a single Connexant 878a chip, and Swann PNP-150 cameras.

I found out this is due to running 4 channels on one decoder chip. I've since replaced the 4channel-1chip card for an 8channel-8chip variant, and the chopping has gone.

Adjusting CAPTURES_PER_FRAME to 2 would have helped but would slow your FPS drastically. Thanks for finalizing your original post!
