The best I can come up with is something like this Panasonic:

At this point after reading and researching I'm not sure if this will deliver the performance we'll need.

This model (bottom of page) http://www.123-cctv.com/cctvcams/extptz.html would seem to have the range but it's not networked and we need to control the p/t/z remotely.

Any advice?
