strange behaviour Zoneminder and Sony D31x (Visca)

First of all, i'm new to Zoneminder 
I installed Zoneminder 3 weeks ago and didn't have any problem viewing 2 ip camera's and one Sony D31x.
I did have problems controlling the Sony camera. The camera didn't move at all.
I installed libvisca and checked if the camera and cabling worked ok.
Last week i installed visca-daemon and visca-web. I can controle the camera using visca-web.
After playing with visca-web i noticed that the camera was also working wihtin Zoneminder. I stopped working after using a control function which doesn't exist in Visca.pm (eg. up/left movement)
After reloading Visca-daemon the Zoneminder camera control is working again.
I can't explain this behaviour but each time the zoneminder control stops working i reload Visca daemon and Zoneminder works again.
I would like to control the camera from Zoneminder without reloading visca-daemon every time.
Any suggestions?
