I have the linux media lab 8 port card, but can not get the ports on the expansion bracket to work properly. I do get an image, but it all screwed up. I can take the same camera with almost the same settings (dev/video0 0, vs dev/video0 1) and the image is fine.

I don't have a bttv.conf or modprobe.conf file so I'm not sure where or what extra settings I should add.

Make sure this option is turned off

V4L_MULTI_BUFFER Use more than one buffer for Video 4 Linux devices (?)

then restart zoneminder.

and if it is restart zoneminder because if you change a cards settings it get messed up.
