I am trying to configure ZoneMinder to use a Lorex LNE3003 camera. I thought this would be straight forward but obviously there is something that I am missing.

The camera has a mjpg video stream on the following URL:
http://192.168.1.231:8070/video.mjpg

I can view the stream using for example VLC, so I do know the stream is OK.

However I do not manage to setup ZM with a monitor that uses the stream. I am trying the following settings:

source type = remote
remote protocol = http
remote method = simple
remote host name = 192.168.1.231
remote host port =8070
remote host path = /video.mjpg

Anyone have an idea why that does not work? Am I missing something here?

Ah : I did find the solution!

I had to "Increase shared memory maximum block size" full explaination on how to do so here:

I had to adjust the block size to
335544320
before the stream showed up.
