Zm and others Help

ok so a week ago i set up me web development server using Ubuntu server 10.04 32bit and followed my usual sorces to get a full web server working and it all works fine on the same machine i also have XBMC linux installed as its plugged in to my 42" LCD but i would like to install zm too i followed a tut i found but when i go to start it i get

Starting ZoneMinder: /etc/init.d/zm: 56: /usr/local/bin/zmpkg.pl: not found
failure

and when i go to the web address hidden for now i get it asking me if i want to save or open the file that should not be surely lol

if any one could help me with this that would be great i have all required ports forwarded inc ssh ftp http
