Samsung SNP-3350 don't work on ZM

Hello everyone, I am a new entry into this forum and are a bit 'new to Zoneminder, then I apologize for two things, my bad English and if the questions you may look silly. I submit to my problem. I have to connect a camera Samsung SNP-3350 to a system so Zoneminder 1.24.2 RTSP. I'm 'experiencing some issues because the system log says that they are not authorized for access.
The camera configuration string Survey I inserted the card and remote source remote host name I put the following address admin:admin@192.168.14.119.
port 554
From system logs, however, appear not to be sent a username and password, and then the camera refuses access.
In the forum I saw that it refers to a patch to install for ffmpeg. I wanted to ask two things:
1) some of you have already 'installed this camera?
2) some of you can explain me how to install the patches for ffmpeg?

I understand that this camera will work with jpeg so why not try that?

I tried to make it work in jpeg but the same results

Then you have something wron mjpeg is the best way to setup zm unless your cameras are going over the inet to a server. Also if mjpeg dosen't work you have other problems with your setup.

Did you set shared memory see forum and/or wiki.
