Network Camera recommendations for Business

I have a medium sized business and I need to deploy between 10-20 cameras. I want to deploy all network cameras(since I have had bad experience in image quality with analog systems).

My basic requirements:
Atleast 10 cameras need IR and have to be able to be used outdoors. The building is 2 stories, and the cameras will have to watch the full length of the building(maybe 20-40 meters).
Atleast 5 of the cameras need to have 1(or 2) way audio.

After that I'm looking for something lower priced. I'm asking in 1.24 since I am looking for the cameras to be known to work with this version.

Y-Cam black ticks most of your boxes. £50 extra for an enclosure for outside, but I don't know of any camera that will cover 40-50M with its own IR. Y-Cam's IR LED's will cover perhaps 5m so you may need additional IR or white light sources.

Any idea what the image would look like if the IR was not powerful enough? I haven't been able to find an image for "under powered IR security camera" or related searches.

I have looked at that list, and I will look at it again.

Any estimates in USD $ how much a good IR network camera would cost?
