ISO Wired POE Night vision Camera - Recommendations?

I've been searching high and low and can't really find what I'm looking for.
Like the title says: an IP camera that has nightvision and does power over ethernet. Confirmed works w/ Zoneminder would be A+.
I would like to spend less (a lot less) than $200. Anyone have recommendations? I'd like to see a couple of different ones to compare.
It seems I can only any two, but then it's either wireless, not poe, or not night vision, etc. I can't seem to find all three.
PS: Dome would be nice. Don't care about ptz.
