1.24 Drops 5th Camera
I have 5 cameras on mutliple machines running version 1.24.1-2. They all have an identical problem with the fifth camera. They will drop it. It will only display a black screen. If you refresh, restart, or change settings (just going in and hitting save) it will fix itself...temporarily. Has anyone else had this problem. I can't find a solution and it is rather annoying.
I have the same problem with v1.24.2.
I'm new for the zoneminder but got it finally working with with USB camera tweaked to be seen as IP camera in localhost.
After this I purchased a cheap'o WLAN IP Camera (Zavio). Camera is pretty crappy and keeps resetting quite often without no reason whatsoever. I thought this was the reason why ZM kept dropping regularly. After couple of days tweaking I have came to the conclusion that the problem is in ZM.
If I open the settings and save (don't need to make any changes) the source becomes green for a while but usually goeas back to red in couple of minutes.
ZM also records a lot of event's from this camera which are dated back to 70s. Weird stuff.
