black monitor??

Hi...help!!!!
I've ubunto + zoneminder 1.24.2
Now im going to http:\\ip ubuntu machine
now i going new monitor for my cam Ip
but i see a black monitor and state IDLE - 0.00 fbs
Why???? help ne please !!!!

can you paste how have you configured the cam?

The permission are ok?
have you installed cambozola?

First i've used a VMWare 2.0 Image whit all component download here:

My cam is Ip and:

In General tab:
Source type:Remote
Function:Modect
Enable

In Source tab:
Protocol:HTTP
Remote Host Name: 192.168.0.102(Ip of my camera ip)
Port: 80
Remote host Path: ??
Capture Whit:480
Capture Heighr:600

Emh...the permissiono where? and cambozola i've see in Options-Image-Path_Cambozola...i've /cambozola.jar is ok??

You must supply the "remote host path". Also check your resolution, I believe height might need to be 640. Try probing the camera or check the pre sets (both on the source pop up) to see if the correct settings are available there. Maybe search the forums for your camera type to see if they are listed. Or bring up your browser and point it at the camera, when you get a picture try right click and check the properties, a path will be listed there and can be an easy way to start the fine tuning process. If this fails post your camera type and someone with experience will chime in with the correct source settings.
