Trying to generate video on iPhone

Ive got my iPhone pulling up the ZM console. When i try to generate video from iPhone it looks like it completed successfully. When I try to view the video my iPhone says the server is not configured correctly. Has anyone gotten this to work? I am using Ubuntu 10.4 with a logitech quickcam 400 and an iPhone 3GS
