ubuntu 9.04 install problem

I'm stuck at "Set up a username and password" found here http://www.zoneminder.com/wiki/index.ph ... _interface

when click on localhost hyperlink it just says "It works!" ...I see no interface?

I'm stuck at "Set up a username and password" when following the Ubuntu_9.04_(Jaunty)_desktop_with_graphical_interface wiki

I don't know what changed but it works now

Now how do I get my USB iMicro webcams to work
