A same event is split in X events of few seconds

Hello,

I've a problem, each event is "split" into a lot of sub-events of a few seconds each one.

For example, I decide to clean the floor in front of the camera :D it should be only one event as I stay in front of the camera and don't stop to move. But zoneminder record it in many sub-events of 7~25 seconds.

I'm sure that it should be a small problem of configuration, I tried to find what but I didn't find, so I hope that someone could help me here. :)

If you are using the function "MoCord" adjust the section length value. Otherwise we will need to see your function, options, and camera speeds.

I'm using "MoDect", I tried "MoCord" but it records everything, with or without alarm. I only need alarm frames.

I made some screenshot of the config as you asked, the "modect" is disabled actually until I find a way to fix this problem :

You need to play more with the sensitivity settings for the desired Zone and also increase your Post Event Image Buffer.
Please read the documentation, it explains the settings and what they do:

Thanks for this fast reply, just for information I modified the post event image buffer from 10 to 25 and it solves the problem.
