hoho i have to say it is a good feature.!! i know is esperimental.
i dont know if is a bug but it have some delay... well like 3 secs or more.

another thing about ffmpeg is the "-intra" setting , i removed this setting and leave "-hq" only... the problem i found is the quality of the video using -intra

Hi Fernando,

The delay is due to Windows Media Player buffering the stream before displaying it. I don't think there's anything I can do at the sending end to get around this but anyone has any ideas then I would be pleased to hear them. You may be able to change options on WMP to buffer less.
