Folks,
When I try to view events on a system I have I am now getting this error
message when the events screen comes up:

An error has occurred and this operation cannot continue.
For full details check your web logs for the code '426708'

The error code is different for every screen I try to look at.

I have never seen this error before, i am looking for the web
logs to see what I can see there...

Well,I found this in my message.log, I guess my db got mangled??

Found it, it was a mangled db. I did the mysqlcheck command and cleared it
right up. Put a UPS on that one right away.
