hello I finally make my zoneminder, now as you create user accounts so they can enter from another place and also I have a generic ip cam which is the resolution to use than it looks black

You're going to have to explain in more detail what you want.

If you want different logins to the web console, research htaccess passwording.

And without your cameras make and model, I suspect nobody will be able to help. There is no such thing as a 'generic' ip camera, all are different and all have different urls and sizes. It is by no means certain it will work at all.
