Save current ZM configuration to a file

Anything you want added or changed in future versions of ZoneMinder? Post here and there's a chance it will get in! Search to make sure it hasn't already been requested.

Hi,

I'm thinking in change the computer that runs my ZM system, configure it is not really hard, but I would like to know if there is any way to store the current cameras/zones configuration to a file. Overall, I wanted to backup my current config and then restore it in the new installation.
Maybe copying the ZM database do the trick, but I would like to ask for this feature if does not exists.

Not a bad idea. Yeah it should be a simple data base dump.
I might try to make a page to do that. I would like this is well and its fairly simple.
