Can only get one port working on a Conexant Fusion 878A chip

I hope someone can help me. I have a Lorex QLR0440 4 port single chip card. I'm able to get video on video0 channel 0 but channels 1-3 only blue screen with timer/clock bar. Channel 4 will show channel 0 video, don't know why but there it is. I've been googling and searching this site for a fix for 6 days, seen a few post with same problem but no solution. I'm able to use card #'s 77, 0, 98, and 133 with the same results. Here is output from zmu -d /dev/video0 -q -v with card #98. Other #'s give same output.

Card works with all 4 ports in windows but I hate windows! I've only been using Ubuntu off and on for the last year or so, I usually use a mac and wasn't able to port a driver from FreeBSD, that was another long nightmare. I'm hoping I won't have to use windows for this card.
This is error/warning message I recieve when I change channel to 1-3 :
WAR [Can't find process with command of 'zma -m 1']
I've googled that and can't find anything on it.
