UK: Doorbell with camera

Post by uxbod »

Hi,

would anyone know whether a doorbell, with inbuilt camera, exists that can integrate with ZoneMinder ? Ideally it would be wireless as my wife hates cables running everywhere :)

TIA

No, but...

Axis and some other cameras have physical triggers that could possibly be connected to a doorbell to activate a recording on-camera which could then be automatically transferred to zm.

They're just a simple "normall opened" or "normally closed" switch on the back of the camera. State changes and it triggers a programmable event.
