PS3 Eye Camera

Hi,
Ubuntu 10.10 works well with 1.24.2 along with my USB PS3 Eye camera using YUYV 640x480 and NTSC
lsusb results:
Bus001 Device 004: ID 1415:2000 Nam Tai E&E Products Ltd. or OmniVision Technologies, Inc. Sony Playstation Eye

I could only get fuzz and static from RGB24 settings.
Great tools here, looking forward to building out a great system with a mixture of foscam p/t and a couple of Eye's too.

The Eye is a glorious hands free device that allows users to communicate, it not only leaves your head free of a headset, but it also adds a slew of other new and unique opportunitys to Playstation 3 gamers.

If this camera can take a high-def picture of me and then render my face in 3d (perhaps for use in the ps3 at home) that would be fucking sweet, I would pay for it ...
