I notice the date format is in MM/DD format in the vents listing.
Being an Aussie, I prefer my dates in dd/mm/yyyy format, or variations thereof.
How can I change that to DD/MM format whilst retaining the correct sort order?

On your cam setup, there's a tab named "Timestamp" you can change the format and other things there.

I recall that, with regard to stamping the jpegs.

But, I am asking about the listing page, which shows all the events that have been recorded. The date/time column on that page is shown in month/day format, when I would prefer day/month whilst still showing them in year/month/day order.
