trendnet TV-IP301W setup

I am having issues with determining what I should put in the
Source Tab of ZM 1.24.2 to get the video working for a trendnet TV-IP30W camera (with the latest firmware)
the camera works with live java from firefox and that url is
http://192.168.1.30/public/livej.asp
I have tried this for the source page in ZM
protocol:HTTP
method: Simple
host name: admin:admin@192.168.1.30
port:80
remote host path:/goform/video
width: 640
height:480
any one have solution or idea?
