Error Server ZM & Ubuntu Server

Hi,
I installed under ubuntuserver ZoneMinder and is already the second time he gives me this error "It works!
This is the default web page for this server.
The web server software is running but no content has Been added, yet.
Could not connect to database: Too many connections "
What should I do to prevent this. Thanks
