Is there any function or add-on which can send alerts if no motion detected in a certain period of time, for example last 30 minutes?

I have same problem.
I need to trigger an alarm when no motion detect. I've been experimenting with combinations of parameters and overlapping areas with Active Excluded, Exclusive, etc, but can not get what I need.
