Zoneminder no active source tab

After problems with my apache, zoneminder does not activate the box the source tab or other which set up the cameras. Have uninstalled and installed two times the zoneminder mysql and the problem always remains. Do not know what else to do it

Please help me

I have installed zoneminder in Ubuntu 10.10

after installation I was able to configure camera from source tab

but now when I open the edit window of any camera

I cannot go to source tab and not even can delete any monitor by selecting it and clicking on delete button

any ideas

Can you take a screenshot of the missing tab and also post the source of the html file that lacks the source tab?
