Signal-Problem with Pico2000

Signal-Problem with Pico2000

Hello,

I have Ubuntu 10.04 with Zoneminder 1.24.2 running. When I check my CMOS-RGB-Cam the picture is OK (on Xawtv and even on a real monitor)
Even when I open "monitor" on Zoneminder it es OK.

But when a Alarm/Alert is recordet and I got send an Email then I have
only pictures like this:

Is there any option to set which I forgot?
