how sold 4 RCA audio connector on KMC-4400R

i have this http://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Kodicom_4400R and i read i can sold 1 RCA audio connector for each 878A chip.
so i sold 2 wire (one on ground and another to central pin) for each connector but it not work. There are somebody already connect 4 input audio on KMC-4400r (for record video + audio in zoneminder)?
