no video output from avn263 avtech ip camera in zoneminder

hi. i have set up zoneminder successfully the problem was i was unable to see the video from the camera. even in mozilla firefox i can't see the video after logging in on the camera login page.
i successfully saw the video feed in vlc player using network stream rtsp://admin:admin@192.168.254.10/live/mpeg4
for mozilla all plugins were installed. vlc, quicktime,
how can i see the video on mozilla and zoneminder?
i'm using ubuntu 9.10 karmic koala

what is the error and how to fix?
i just saw black screen
