Fetching (partial) video (images) from zm server

Has anyone ever written some script/command line to fetch partial videos from ZM similar to this:

1. -s<<server>> of ZM server on which the video is stored
2. -p<<TCP>> number the ZM server (in case of IPv4 only)
3. -c<<Camera>> as specified in video recording software
4. -d<<Date>> format = YYYYMMDD
5. -b<<Begin>> (HH:MM:SS)
6. -e<<End>> (HH:MM:SS)

Copy them from ZM server to another location.
