Question regarding Sharx DVR card

I'm in the need for a PCI-E DVR card, prefer 8 or 16 channel. I also have some ip cameras I need to connect and plan to use Zoneminder. Does anyone know if this card would work? I can't find many specs on it.

Last time I heard, TechWell drivers aren't ready, might work or not...
