RTSP working but not mjpg

Hello guys i have a quick question i need some help i have a vivotek 7131 cam which i can get to work with rtsp but not with normal http streaming. When i have main console open it shows the link plus morec green....but when i click on monitor it opens up...shows time stamp but is blue??/ is there anything i can have a look for maybe???
