Panasonic WV-NP304

I've been trying to configure zoneminder with the Panasonic WV-NP304.
On MPEG4 mode this is the problem:
I'm using the ffmpeg source, with:
When i configure the camera with a low bit rate, the image freeses after 2/3 seconds. If I set the bitrate to 4096kbps this happens:

On MJPEG mode, there is no picture and the debug log gives this error:
No content boundary found in header
Zoneminder version is 1.24.2.
Any clues as to what is causing this and how it can be solved?
