Start Page is all Messed up.

OS : FreeBSD 7.0-Release
Ver: ZoneMinder-1.23.3 (from port)
Apache: 1.3.X
PHP : php-5.2.17
I managed to get Zoneminder somewhat working but I seem to be stuck now. When I start zm on Firefox, the screen is somewhat messed up. And the buttons do nothing when i click on them. It's like the php is not working right. I'm somewhat new to unix community and don't really know my way around much but any help would be appreciated. Here is a screen shots of what I'm seeing.
