please help set up the camera

I Zoneminder 1.24.2 on Ubuntu Server 10.04 x32. I bought a DVR capture card on a chip Conexant Fusion 878A.
Trying to connect the camera according to their technical description (628x582 PAL),But that's what happens:

It might give you some ideas.

Stop zoneminder and anything else using the video device.
Unload the bttv driver (sudo modprobe -r bttv)
Reload the bttv driver (sudo modprobe bttv)
Get the kernel messages (sudo dmesg) and cut and paste the last lot of messages that refer to the bttv driver
