Help to adjust the sensitivity of an area

hi,
Let me explain, I just installed Centos zoneminder on a server with 5 IP cameras (DCS-910), the day the cameras are recording mode while in the evening, they are in discovery mode, I want my cameras record like so that when someone enters the room where the recording starts, I recall that my cameras are in total darkness and what I want if the person returns with a flashlight that registration is triggered. I hope I was clear.
