libavcore.so is not part of ZoneMinder, but ffmpeg.
Have you tried to reinstall ffmpeg?

Do we have a fix for this yet?

My system desided to do an auto-update for me, and now zoneminder is broken.

Is there anyway to rollback the updates?

Best Regards.
