Recommendation on IP cameras

I have been assigned to install 2 - 4 IP camera surveillance system using Zoneminder 1.24X. I wanted to know what the forums opinion is on the best choice of IP cameras in the low cost, mid range and high-end cameras. One is for the home and the other is for the business. I am interested in POE cameras for the sake of running less cables but if needed I would opt for the other.
