what package for ubuntu 10.04?

dumb question .
i'm a linux noob.
guide says "2. $ sudo apt-get install zoneminder"
there is no file called "zoneminder"
i downloaded ZoneMinder-1.24.2.tar.gz
guide seems incomplete the location of the file and package type are not mentioned.
