Followed the steps here:

Also the following errors in logs:

05/19/2011 03:27:09.038619 zmdc[18417].ERR ['zma -m 1' exited abnormally, exit status 255]
05/19/2011 03:27:09.041056 zmdc[18417].ERR ['zmc -m 1' exited abnormally, exit status 255]

I have gotten one step further. After noticing errors in /var/log/zm/zmwatch.log, I did the following:
chmod -R 777 /dev/shm/
touch /dev/shm/zm.mmap.1
/etc/init.d/zm restart

Now I actually get a Black screen when attempting to view camera. Before I was not getting
anything. If only I can figure out the following error in /var/log/zm/zmdc.log:
05/19/2011 20:19:41.330863 zmdc[24210].ERR ['zmc -m 1' exited abnormally, exit status 255]

Anyone have any ideas?
