I'm getting this error when trying to make ZM:
zm_ffmpeg_camera.cpp: In destructor âvirtual FfmpegCamera::~FfmpegCamera()â:
zm_ffmpeg_camera.cpp:51: error: âsws_freeContextâ was not declared in this scope
zm_ffmpeg_camera.cpp: In member function âvirtual int FfmpegCamera::Capture(Image&)â:
zm_ffmpeg_camera.cpp:172: error: âavcodec_decode_video2â was not declared in this scope
make[2]: *** [zm_ffmpeg_camera.o] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/zm/src'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/zm'
make: *** [all] Error 2

I have been fighting for a while with FFMPEG and this is the farthest I've gotten.

Here is FFMPEG info:

You have a pretty old version of ffmpeg but ordinarily that wouldn't be a problem. Except that when they change function names I don't always get the exact version number to reflect the changes in the code. I would suggest trying one of the more recent releases from their download page.
