Defining time to record

Hi! I might be stupid but I can not figure out how to set what time of the day I want to record. I only want my camera to do detection after business hours. On daytime I am just wasting harddisk space when recording events. I have tried some cron settings that I found in the wiki but I do not want to shut down zm. Just to set some times.
