capture palletes not working with 1.24.4

I need your help...i had install debian package for zoneminder 1.24.2 and everything worked fine on debian 6 and other debian based distros like ubuntu and mint. The YUV422P worked properly.Then i deside to make a new installation and compile the newest version 1.24.4 on the same machine using the guidie for ubuntu server 10.10. i try it on ubuntu server, mint debian and debian 6 but i have the same problem, the only capture palette that can work is grey.
