Generating one Videoclip from multiple sources

I want to achieve the following setup and am wondering if that would be possible using the latest ZoneMinder version:

5-10 network cameras, one server. The server should be 'watching' those cameras live and generating one 'out'-videoclip. This videoclip should contain only one camera at the same time and switch to a camera that shows some movement. If no camera has any movement, it should just switch them all in a round (e.g. every 10sec).
The 'out'-video does not need to be streamed, it should be saved in video files (e.g. one file for 10min).

Is this already possible with ZoneMinder, or is it possible to extend ZoneMinder to support this functionality? What do you think?
