Moo Tools not found, Ubuntu SE 10.04

Hello,

I have Zoneminder running on Ubuntu Server Edition 10.04.

Everything seems to work fine, but when I load a page I get:

Code: Select all

MooTools not found! Please download from
mootools-net and install in ZoneMinder web root.
except it says h**p://mootools . net (I can't post it because of the spam filter).

And when I click that from within the source I get taken to the javascript files, they're there. I can see them in:

/usr/share/zoneminder/tools/mootools

As

/usr/share/zoneminder/tools/mootools/mootools-core.js
/usr/share/zoneminder/tools/mootools/mootools-more.js

And mootools.ext.js is in

/usr/share/zoneminder/js/mootools.ext.js

I've tried moving the mootools-core and mootools-more js files to /usr/share/zoneminder/ but that doesn't seem to help either.

Because of this I cannot get to the tab to add a monitor because when I click "Source" tab nothing happens because my javascript is broken.

Any help?

Have a look: http://www.zoneminder.com/forums/viewto ... 21&t=17586. Not the same problem but I'd bet similar.

I read that thread, but I'm not very clear on the fix provided here:

http://www.zoneminder.com/forums/viewto ... 138#p69138

I've attempted to do what he suggests, editing the lines of functions.php, but it doesn't help any.

I don't think this problem is the same. They were having a problem with version mismatching and such, they were still able to navigate and part of the javascript still worked.

None of my javascript is working.

I didn't think it was the same problem but hoped it would provide the "eureka" moment for you. Quite a number of versions ago (circa 1.21.3) there was a symlink that had to be created in order to control .js cameras, but I don't remember the specifics sorry.
