I've installed zm on a new Fedora 15 installation with all updates applied.
My camera is a wireless IP cam and I can bring up an image just fine in a browser using the address user:pass@192.168.1.60/image/jpeg.cgi. The image is set to 320x240 and fps is set to 5.
When I add the camera to zm using the settings above and set it to monitor, I get an orange link and no image comes up when I click the link. There are no errors in the logs. I've looked through the FAQs and hunted around and haven't found a similar problem. Any help would be appreciated.
No image on a monitor with Fedora 15
Re: No image on a monitor with Fedora 15
Did you ever get this figured out gc1111?
I have the same problem with 1.24.4 and FC15 the crazy part is that if I turn on Motion I get events and I can see stills of the events, but no video. Quite maddening actually.
Tried monitor in FF, Chrome and IE. Chrome gave me a frame but no image the others not even a frame. Chrome will also display "State: Idle - 20.29 fps" of course the fps fluctuates.
Tried Fedora because it is the flavor of linux that ZM is developed on... or so it is claimed.
