Send email with zoneminder

Good morning everybody,
I'm new in this forum. I had installed ZM since 1 month and it's run correctly except sending email.
I don't understand because I can send email to the outside.
I testing different methods that I had view in this forum but no run.
Can you help me please :?:

I have in my zmfilter.log

Do you have a static IP address? Most service providers use DHCP and they also report the blocks of DHCP addresses they provide to spamhaus which automatically blacklists your emails(this is how TimeWarner-RoadRunner conducts business). You say you can send email, are you referring to gmail or Yahoo? That is not sending email, that is filling out a form on a remote host that sends the email for you. An actual email from your computer to another computer on the internet is done from the command line. There are several places that will provide an email relay service however most ISP's will block port 25 and 465 to prevent this, there are services such as relay hosting that can be had for $20 a year or so but you may have to use different ports even then (10025, 10465).
